




Yeah, and people who underperformed or don't do them at all get fired.Giving unsolicited advice about mechanics is generally accepted, and indeed welcomed, by most people. Giving unsolicited advice about how to do their job, however, is rarely accepted with good grace, no matter how you word it. Funnily enough, people don't like being told how to do their job by total strangers in real life, either.
