In layman's terms: we have to make male viera and female hrothgar profitable. As easy as it sounds, I doubt the masses would trade a few months of playtime for it. That would just be the fastest and simplest method to do to get it to happen. Otherwise all we can do is voice our desire for it so fervently and avidly across all social medias and tagging XIV still and such. Getting polls up and spreading them are pretty much the next best way.
