This is what happens when multiple bad players convene. A no-DPS healer, a BLM not doing their rotations/enochian, a DRG apparently busy throwing spears half the time.
In my experience, bad play wherein the players are simply not even doing their rotations/jobs correctly tends to cause the dungeon to go for
double what time should be if people were playing correctly. Instead of a 15 minute dungeon, it's routinely turning into 30 min dungeons, and occasionally 40+ minutes if there are enough bad players. I don't expect people to be playing optimally where they're counting CDs and pumping savage tier numbers, but it would be nice to see people actually giving a shit and playing their class properly and using some semblance of their combos.
If we continue to accept this behavior as normal or acceptable, we'll continue to see the above as their population grows. I'd rather not have that happen.
