    On controller you can press square and it automatically selects the item you need to hand over, cuts out a coupke steps there.
    Not sure if there's an equivalent for M&K.

    Numpad-0. Usually that's all I need to spam. Rarely a turn-in item gets out of order and I need to manually right-click the turn-in square to select it. But I'll agree that the UI is excessive in the user actions it requires to do what should be very simple.

    Right clicking the item in the item on the turn-in window rather than your inventory will do this.
