Character (Like ♥) system

When I see someone like that and see all the effort they put into making their character look that good, I always try to send them a tell letting them know how much I like it! Sadly sometimes people go offline before I do or they have the /busy on or they might not want to be bothered at all.

I quite dig your idea, but what if we combined these two things.
You could leave someone a like, and that also sends them a message (which you have the option of customizing).
Your like system is fun, but when I /tell someone that I like their glam I also enjoy the conversation that ensues and I wouldn't wanna replace that with a noninteractive like button.
