Why can't I have the crafting gui open when interacting with my retainers. How am I to know what mats I need from my retainer when I can't open the gui to see what I need.

Lowkey one of the most annoying things in FFXIV is the way the crafting window hides when you check your retainers. To add insult to injury, even if you click the lock on the Raw Materials list... it still disappears when you go to manage your retainers, meaning you have to reopen the craft window, and then go back to your search, and then scroll back down the list to what you were looking at. Combined with the fact you have to cancel a craft or close the craft window to change classes means a lot of fighting the UX for even the most mundane of tasks.

I hate this so much... Why do I have to open and close the crafting menu a hundred times in order to craft a single item?
