/keybindThe Keybind to make other players non-targetable and makes their names disappear didn't really help as I could still click on the Chocobo. My only choice was to try clicking the NPC from different angles which was already difficult because the NPC was flooded by tons of other players trying to get their quest. If that didn't work I could only wait until the player moved on.
Targeting
Target Nearest NPC or Object <== set this to something really close to home position like [V] because you will use it a lot.

Include bicolor gemstones in the Currency window.
I would like an increased Black list limit. Too many ERP ads these days.
"Brotherhood asked for no friendship, only loyalty. They stood back to back as the galaxy burned - always brothers, never friends; traitors together unto the last."

Hello, these suggestions, I think would take very little effort to change, but would go an extremely long way into improving the experience of the player.
Please allow us to turn off the area pop-up notifications.
From "Limsa Lominsa Lower Decks" yellow/gold text,
to "Hawkers Alley" black oval white text pop-up text.
Please allow us to turn off quest and progression notifications.
"Quest accepted" and "Quest complete" yellow/gold pop-up text, as well as
"Speak with Bango Jango in the lower decks (checkmark)" Blue/black pop-up text.
Please allow us to turn off leve pop-up text.
"You obtain 1 copper ore" blue/black pop-up text.
Please allow us to turn off other black/white oval pop-up text
"PLD (iL500)" Equipped
"You are no longer selling items in Limsa Lominsa Markets"
"The compass does not detect any nearby currents."
"Message sent"
"Duty registration complete"
Please allow us to turn off all other yellow/gold text:
"FATE JOINED"
"Duty Commenced"
"Duty Complete"
Please, all of this is completely redundant and absolutely pointless.
Having to constantly see all this useless "information" is not helpful to veteran players who have been playing for more than 30 hours.
Please add an auto-chat log feature.
A Feature that automatically hides the chat log when its not in use, and then the chat log reappears when new text or messages appear.
This feature existed in 1.0 as well as exists in the other Final Fantasy MMO that is more than 11 years OLDER than this Final Fantasy MMO.
Having to manually hide, and "check" the chat log is not a substitute for this feature.
This one is not useless information. Please allow us to turn off other black/white oval pop-up text

Some people will go two whole years without using their compass because you only need it for the first week of an expansion if you're not using alts. The next time they use their compass they might have forgotten that they turned off the no-current message, and then we'll have people asking why their compasses aren't working.
"The compass does not detect any nearby currents" is, in fact, important information. It tells you that the reason you're not finding any currents is because there are none, and the game is working correctly. If this message is annoying and pointless to you, I have to wonder why you keep trying to activate your compass when there are no currents. Maybe just stop activating your compass in zones where there are no more currents?

It would be nice if the "Search for Item" function worked for orchestrion rolls or minions you've already obtained and used. I'd like to know whether or not I already have it before I roll on loot.
What they really need to do is just add a learned/unlearned indicator to the tooltips of all 'learnable' items (minions, rolls, cards, bardings, etc.) If a minion drops "have I already learned this" is a waaaaaaaaaaay more useful piece information than "is there currently one in my inventory?"
(Yes, please.) Where gear has a red or blue "can't use" X in the bottom left corner, acquire-once items should have a blue X if you've already acquired it. They'd need to make sure those Xes appear in the loot list and/or tooltips though, not just once the item is in inventory.

I have a few things.
Why can't I have the crafting gui open when interacting with my retainers. How am I to know what mats I need from my retainer when I can't open the gui to see what I need.
The DRG sprinting animation when you have your weapon out doesn't loop correctly.
