You can just use the in game dummy.
I think I would be good to add an option for savage in PF where it checks if you cleared the dummy with your current job before allowing you to join.
fflogs only exists to inflate people's ego.
FFlogs are sre a tool, like any tool it was made to used. How people use said tool is completely separate issue, but one cannot blame the tool itself.
Like anything, people like to compete and self improve at something they're passionate about. Getting speed clears and high percentiles is what keeps some people invested in the game long term and coming back to it every week, removing the website would either cause an exact copy to pop up or you kill a significant portion of your audience. Also if you don't care about parses, what does it matter if someone uploads logs of you, you shouldn't care if its not an aspect of the game youre interested in, and if someone harasses you over it report them/ block them. A person who would harass someone over bad logs is someone who would find any reason to harass someone, its not the hammers fault that someone swung it at someone.
