Punish MSQ Cutscene Skippers

Life is too short to let us skip, if people harass you for not skipping report them, but idk I feel if they go the route of making it so you can no longer skip them I feel they will either have to increase the rewards or less people will use the roulette. Skipping is the only reason I run it for the Daily reward, but outside of that I do not touch it even if the exp per hour is not bad, just would hey tedious watching the cut scenes or skipping them more then once a day.

They DID increase the rewards when they removed the option to skip cutscenes.
You're circumventing these measures, you're using an exploit to gain more than you should be able to.

or we keep it how it is minus the unskippable cutscenes and use the bonus exp rewards and such as the incentive to do the roulette AFTER you complete it for the first time.

But there would be no need for the roulette if everyone has already completed it solo.
The roulette exists purely to fill queues, for newbies who are queuing it directly for the first time.
If everyone has already completed it in a solo instance, then they remove the roulette and you find another source of EXP.

I run that duty multiple times a day on different data centers and it's rarely a problem. The xp alone is worth the time. The Moogle tomes are simply an additional bonus atm.

Yes I run it twice on Spriggan early morning with two of my alts and a friend (one for the moogle tomes, the other is leveling RDM), and once in the evening on Siren with my main who has two roles left to level. Praetorium especially is an easy run given i can do lots of real life stuff and internet related stuff while letting the movie play.

The fact of the matter for my experience at least is that the duties run pretty smoothly. Even the somewhat common abandoning the duty cause they didn't get Praetorium seems to have gone away for the moment at least.

Yeah, thankfully the in game GM's are not as much of a stickler for the rules as the forum mods are. For me the ToS is more akin to those no smoking signs on my university campus most people ignore them due to the lack of enforcement, though if action is taken it is not surprising and just take in stride.

My experience differs but it just one of those things that will differ from person to person. Only SE truly knows how major of an issue this is, though I do agree it probably is not that massive, and only reason I run into people that skip is because I skip myself so more people may feel more comfortable not being the first one to pull the trigger so to speak.
