Report them. They actually do ban/warn people if caught, so whenever you see someone doing it report it to the mods and it'll get handled.

They're bypassing the intention of the roulette and getting the rewards with no effort. As well as making the roulette less enjoyable for newbies who want to enjoy the story.

watching a cutscene is not "effort". if anything skipping them is more effort. newbies get to watch the cutscenes too. gotta love to report people for stuff that affects literally nobody

It's against the tos and can get your account banned. It's a pretty dumb thing to do and it sure doesn't save a heck of a lot of time.

I wouldn't call it dumb, because it took some innovation to make it happen. Wrong, yes. Because it's breaking game laws, but not dumb. Dumb is threatening people or harassment. That's dumb.

Newbies "get to watch the cutscenes"... but don't get to participate in any of the fights that those cutscenes lead into.

It's like watching an action movie with all the action sequences cut out.
