The neck is really long on all the races, and it looks really weird at certain angles. Elezen it's just pronounced with their tiny heads and broad shoulders.

Body proportions are all things that are relative to one another. So yeah, it would look worse on Elezen cause of how the proportions relate to one another compared to to other races. Head size could remain the exact same, and just shortening the torso and elongating the legs would resolve a lot of the visual complaints people have. Proportions matter in design, and they seemed to not have done that for the ingame models. Its a pity.

Ah well, this is all a side topic anyways.

if it was up to me I would preferer a upgrade in character creation (more hair. beard, etc) them develop a limited-job like blue mage, I'm sure a lot of people in the community feel the way I do, There is only one way to measure how to prioritize content and that is ask the community for feedback.

Honestly why not both. While they probably cant do to much with the character editor in regards to things like body sizes and shapes and manipulating every little aspect, there is a huge empty space for more face options, more body definition options, tattoos, scars on body and face, hell even having the ability to select some different colors for small clothes and the like.

I personally expect that they either fix horthgar/viera and give us the offsexes OR drastically improve the customization by giving us more facial options and variety. Like there is very little reason why you cant have certain facial options that are available on one face not be available on another. Things like that should change.
