Not removed, they still have them at lower levels.

Fair, I was thinking only high level.

But this also could mean those spells change at lower levels during a skill rework or purge in an expansion where Geomancer is added. Only issue I can see is that the conjurer class quests are SO tied into what would be considered geomancer lore.... so that would make it tricky.
