Irissize: Large
Eyecolor: 1/6

Brows: 2
Nose: 3

Mouth: 1
Lipcolor: 1/5 Light

Earshape: 1
Earlength: 0

Facial Features: 1 and 4
Facepaint: 1/1 Light

With this you should come pretty close. Sadly I also don't know which filter I used back then. Was a really old post you found. ^.^'
