Imo let us place flowers and stones and different grass, not counting for the slots. Did you see the upper MB at lavender beds? its like ALL THE FLOWERS but the servers melt if i place 3 patches?

Because those fields of flowers arent on the server, they are part of your client date. Placing 3 patches wont melt the server but placing 20 patches on 30 plots = 600 items on top of everything else could melt the server .

I do agree we dont have enough slots though. I dont think its workable to have certain items not counting as a slot because we certainly dont need yet another list/inventory

I may be wrong, but I have a suspicion that to have something not count for slots would mean we'd get it pre-positioned without any say of where it goes. Which would aggravate a lot of people who want their items elsewhere.
