You need to level Archer and probably Conjurer since Jobs are Class 30 + Class 15, unless that's going to change from now until end of Feb.

Yes, you can log out outside residence. The bonus only applies if you log out inside your residence.

No the outline states that it was pushed back til Ver 1.22.
