OK oK ok this is the patch I believe that will make FFXIV a true FF game. Everything after this is just building upon basic greatness. Who else is friggn excited for Bard!! yes Bard! Im loving it AF gear and my Own "mog house" Yes! thank you Yoshi P!

I think it just means after the quest you recieve at rank 30 to unlock the jobs you will get said job stone and once you have equipped your say sword, you equip your paladin stone to another slot and you turn from gladiator to paladin.

Yes it is. But I thought about something. Right now, you can't change equipment when you have generated enmity/in battle.

In an interview (I'll edit after I can find it), Yoshida gave the Archer/Bard as example. In it he said you could deal a lot of damages as Archer then switch to Bard to start enhancing the party.

I wonder if they got rid of hate preventing from changing gear or if it is specific to the Job Stone.

Yes, you can log out outside residence. The bonus only applies if you log out inside your residence.

Yes it is. But I thought about something. Right now, you can't change equipment when you have generated enmity/in battle.

You can change equip (not weapon) when you have enmity or a monster attack you. The only condition to change your equip is you need to be in passive mode (put your weapon away)

Here's hoping the quests are actually fun/difficult/connective.

Please don't give me random NPCs i'll never care about in any of the quests. We'll be seeing these people till level 99!

This update is a very good one for FFXIV regardless how you look at it there is something for everyone. I'm looking forward to it.
