What exactly wrong with his/her statement? Cash shop is not a part of the game you paid for. It's not even moderated by YoshiP or his team, it's completely different department.

These have been ready to go in the game files for months and months

It doesn't matter how many months in advance they had the robe in the game files. The people who made it would not at any point be involved in writing, recording or in any way producing a musical track. They do not have (or at least are not employed to apply) those skills. They'll be working on their next 3D modelling assignment.

If there was not a music file similarly prepared, that doesn't indicate priorities, it means they decided they didn't need one. Or possibly put the time into making the new field music for Gangos instead, and the Qitari tribe arrangement of the Qitana Ravel theme before that.

F2P are often P2W which FFXIV thankfully is not. And that's what you pay your subscription for. To keep it from becoming P2W. That's honestly all I care about.

No you dont pay for it to not become P2W, its their own financial decision if they want a thriving and alive game, or dying garbage.

Most of mmorpgs that went bankcrupt were F2P and P2W, having a game without P2W is more beneficial, look at biggest games.

So you don't count all that gear, crater-gatherer stuff, trials, relic weapons\gear, events and many other things, right? How many items you can use for glam were already in the game?
All that matters is that you didn't get that dress with ugly wings that they added to cash shop. Also read before you pots, many people already stated that the game development team doesn't work together with cash shop team.

I'd like to see a year without any new mogstation items. And then watch these same people come and cry about subs being raised for legacy and regular accounts alike to like $20-$30 if we're being optimistic.
