False. You can stop players from being bad. That healer whom I told that Regen works great against a poison debuff you can't remove in Aurum Vale, is now a better healer because they were leveling instead of buying boosts. The arcanist to whom I explained how DoT potency works is no longer only casting Ruin. They didn't do their research but they also didn't skip 70 levels worth of player tips by boosting themselves and so they got better. Where is this insane notion that no one learns anything whilst leveling coming from? Even the devs recognize that players improve when they play the class, because otherwise the jump potions would boost you straight to 80 (which, thankfully, is not the case).

Now said healer might be spamming that regen on everything, even on pre-pull.
You can simply become "better" by reading tooltips yourself. But many people decide not to. And it doesn't matter if they did use level skip or leveled themselves.
You can't stop players from being bad if they decide that they want to play how they want.

They don't all decide that they want to play how they want. Some decide to accept the help and improve. If they buy a boost, they don't get any help at low levels.
