So I think we will have 2 more updates with Ishgard Restoration one update focuses on the West side of the map while the other focuses on the North side, I suspect we will get them (if we do get 2 more updates) in patch 5.3 and 5.4 giving a big break between last update and 6.0 where they will release Ishgard housing for players as a selling point for 6.0 like Shirogane was for 4.0.
