Please let us buy more retainers

Try leveling goldsmith. From level 47-48 is 96,000 at about 500-600 XP per nonstackable ring. I sure as hell aint merching them for 1k a piece when I can sell em for 20K+. I can only sell 30 with 2 retainers, 10 on each retainer and 10 on my character for sell at one time. Not to mention all my supplies I earned as I miner I chose to keep as I leveld so I can also level armorer and blacksmith. all the other rings I have I need to store somewhere untill I sell them or else I am losing money leveling a DoH, and that in my eyes defeats the purpose of having leveled said DoH.

in this case more inventory will not help, even with 50-100 more slots youll still run out that quickly cuz youll still not be selling rings faster then you are making them

If you play all classes, 500 slots is very little

i play all classes, and i have about 250 slots still unused, and i have everything geared and good to go, and tons of mats, and event items

I play all classes except for DoM. I carry food, mats for arrows, 3-5 stacks of arrows at all times, dark matter, Inferno tapers (4 stacks and idk why lol), keystones, HQ materials I've been storing, gear for every class except DoM. Most classes have 2 weapons, even DoM. For DoL I carry both mainhand and offhand, DoH I carry only mainhand because offhand is pointless imo. I have sets for craftsmanship and magic craftsmanship for all DoH classes. I carry a few event pieces that I feel are worth the inventory space.

I have over 350 inventory spaces free. Even if I carried all of the event pieces and fully geared my DoM I'd still have at least 250 inventory spaces free. That's a ton of room for whatever else I may need to carry. I have never had any issues with inventory in this game and I've been here since release and leveled most classes simultaneously.

I don't carry stacks and stacks of mats that I know I won't be using any time soon. I don't carry dated, worthless gear like that from Darkhold. I don't carry materia that I don't need (Yes, I used to sell materia like crazy when it was first implemented but got extremely bored of SB grinding). I don't carry catalysts, if I need some I'll go farm or buy them. I don't carry dyes, again if I need them I'll just farm/buy them when needed. Anything that I don't need a constant supply of I sell, and if I need it later I buy it back, probably for less than I sold it for. I'm not losing money that way, but I am able to keep a very large portion of my inventory free.

All I'm saying is I have everything I will ever need and I'm not even close to running low on inventory space. It all comes down to how you manage it. For some, even 1000 inventory wouldn't be enough. They'd probably just continue to stack more and more items until they run out of room and come back complaining how there isn't enough room, again. 500 inventory space is very generous, it all comes down to the player and how they choose to use it.

I'm not trying to tell people how to play or what to do with their inventory, but if you're running out of room it's not because there isn't enough room, it's because you're not managing the room that you do have correctly. If I can do it, I don't see why anyone else should have any problems with it. Then again, I tend to be a very organized person and absolutely despise clutter.

I believe that SE stated that they were going to delay letting us add retainers to our accounts because they plan to allow the retainers to be shared across characters in 2.0. However, as it is right now, my inventory is quite jammed full of crap and I run out of space all the time. The only reason that I can see as to why we can't have more retainers now would be the retainer limit in the market wards. However, I believe that this could be balanced by only allowing us to place two retainers at a time in the wards.

This kind of seems like a no-brainer to me. It would solve our inventory issues while getting SE more money to develop 2.0.

Please like this post if you would buy more retainers for your main character.

last time I checked you could place both your retainers down in the wards, and giving people any more then two would be a problem right now.

Just out of curiosity, what the hell are you guys hoarding that takes up the majority of 500 inventory slots!? Not to mention 30 extra bazaar slots. I really can't understand this.

I have about 100/200 on my character taken up and one retainer with about 40/150 taken up, the other is completely empty. I have everything I need plus random mats, dark matter (like 15 stacks lol) and other crap I probably don't even need.

I'm not saying no to being able to purchase more retainers. I just can't fathom how someone could use up all of that space o.O

i used to do something similar in order to move gear, but it was a bit on the rediculous side and i have mended the error of my ways lol

That's some real dedication to fake money. I spy 16 retainers there; setting aside the two for your main, that's 14 alt retainers. 7 Alts at $3 a pop is $21 a month.

I hope you don't merge onto Selbina. The wards are already full.
