    Cant proceed past level 50

    I bought the complete edition of the game about a week ago(throght steam) and cant get past level 50
    i assume there might be a problem with the expansions of the game (which are included in the edition of the game that i bought) and i couldnt find a solution through the support of centers of the game ( both square enix and the mog station), the steam support says that only the game support can help with the problem...
    i hope im posting this in the right place, i couldnt find any email support or something like that.

    Did you activate the code on the mogstation? Just buying it on steam doesn't do anything

    I'm a bit lost as to how we the other players are supposed to be better at fixing this guy's account than the people in tech support... O.o

    Seems like this thread does NOT belong in General Discussion unless we've all been given account management powers I am not yet aware of...

    Because they follow a script while players can at least use a bit of logic.
    I've worked enough tech support jobs to know how it goes.

    Right, but even so. How is the general forum a better place for an "I think maybe I installed or registered something wrong" thread than the support forum? This seems very much like a customer support question rather than a general public question.

    There is no real customer support on the forums other than technical support.

    Actual support is email/chat/phone, which is impacted at the moment.

    Yep, the complete edition has the base game, then all the expansion content is bundled in addition under Shadowbringers. If you've not put the Shadowbringers bundle CD Key in (in addition to the base game key), then you wouldn't be able to get past level 50. Find the extra CD Key on the game's Steam page, with the cog symbol>Manage>CDKeys. Hope this is the missing piece, OP, & good luck.
