Extenuating circumstance?

I'm referring to the Ultima Weapon devouring Garuda, Titan, and Ifrit. From what I recall, it was Garuda and her followers who provoked the summoning of Ifrit and Titan following her defeat at our hands. Gaius took advantage of the situation there, but is otherwise blameless for it happening.


Everything else? Yeah, that's Gaius's fault. But that's not what my comment was about.
