Honestly, I'd love to be able to go back to using the cool ROG animations, rather than the super weeby Naruto ones that NIN is stuck with... Including the combat pose and run animations...

I would gladly pay to get the non-Heated animations for Machinist.

Come back with that after we got Egi glamours lmao

Yeah, I think they're a little over the top in my opinion. I don't mind how MCH plays but the animations bug me now, so I went BRD instead. That job is a bit more...elegant might be the word, even with their flashy shots. Sure, there's a jump or 2 here and there but I'm not doing some crazy ducks, dives and flips.
The only attention I pay to combat animations is to confirm that the ability fired when I hit the key. (The sound helps as well) Beyond that, I don't care what they look like, so long as I can tell them apart.

Honestly, given that they completely scrapped the idea of Classes becoming Jobs during ARR, I wish that they'd have gone with it fully and made all the classes into jobs.
Heck, I made a thread about it yonks ago. With really, the only change I'd make given that the Shuriken I suggested for NIN might be a bit close to DNC's chakrams is well... I'd probably make DNC's weapons Ribbons![]()

if only OP... I'd like to replace true thrust with that viscous stab drg's used to have as feint, looks way more natural comboing action
hell I'd also like to replace blood weapon animation with the old darkside animation, what with the abyssal energy travelling up the blade rather than the current one of raising your hand to flick a piece of blood into the air

+1 for MCH non heated, although I would be happy with either A) it randomly does the heated version every 3-4 uses..maybe as crit hit... or B) it does the heated versions when the heat bar is 50+ (so a visual cue for "hey your heat bar is ready for blast'n!")
