Fellow Paladins, have you heard of Atonement shifting?

I've heard of, and practiced Atonement shifting... tho only recently. Thanks for sharing.

Anyway I'm curious about the Requiescat part. Is it really worth droping a Holy Spirit cast for a "preferred 60s rotation"?
Isn't dropping it a Holy Spirit during Req a major damage loss? At what point is a 60s rotation "preferred"?

Or is this topic way too specific?
