An endgame dungeon that cannot be cheesed with ridiculously high item levels? Scary, frightening even. Just the very prospect of doing that dungeon again sends shivers down my spine /s.

Don't want the ever present threat of getting Amaurot? Don't do the roulette. You only need to run Expert Roulette, which you can roll your face across the keyboard because insanely high item levels, once a day 5 times a week to cap tomestones anyway.

The Thousand Maws of Toto-Rak needs to just be completely reworked. I myself don't mind doing that dungeon but, the design of that dungeon is probably the worst out of all dungeons in the entire game. It seemingly drags on forever. The extreme linearity, more extreme than Sastasha or Copperbell Mines, adds to its feeling of absolute and abject boredom, and misery for some people. The green pools that constantly slow you are very annoying, the slow isn't too bad, but the constant "debuff" and "debuff expiring" sound effects are, I shouldn't have to mute the game in order to not go insane.
