I do appreciate the feedback from everyone. I should rethink maybe renewing or not and perhaps my first thought was a bit premature.
I'm just unsure if I want to keep supporting a game that allows not only the power to be mean mentors but also their ability to ban people for x amount of time for just simply disagreeing with how a mentor acted. That to me is just the ultimate punch in the proverbial face.

Also, people can kick you out of the dungeon without reason, or maybe there will be a reason, but they couldn't even say it in fear of reports. If something like that made you unsubscribe from the game, maybe you shouldn't play games like this, where people can be negative all the time, so maybe this game isn't for you.

If you feel they were in the wrong, take action and report them. Mentors aren't actively monitored as that would require entirely too many staff and manhours....
