I don't have the afk camera enabled. I have always had the game running in borderless, i haven't given full screen or windowed a try. I don't know how to disable full-screen optimization, i will have to look into that. How would i go about looking at the event viewer? Is that after a computer shutdown? And i haven't updated windows recently.

It could possibly be my power supply, its 4 years old. And no this happens even when i'm sitting alone at my house. I do have fps limited when tabbed/afk.
