    There's more than one ratings board. And some weigh player use heavier than just depiction.

    Edit: for example, Pegi would probably bump it from a 16 to an 18.



    I'm not sure how the Japan Cero would react, but Yoshi specifically mentioned coming to blows with them over other aspects.
