So, what would ya say if I found someone that literally got everything on their first go? Did they earn it? Or were they just blessed by RNGeebus? This is just an RNG fest... There's not that much skill involved in this minigame.

If they went through efforts of finding a competent party for these titles and learning tactics then yes, they earned it. But it's always easier just to ask devs to give everything for free without any effort.
