Oh, I see you just don't understand how balance and the game works. WHMs healing kit is so broken it can cast holy as almost every gcd and keep the tank alive, same with the other healers, I literally dont gcd heal at all when I play scholar in dungeons as that is the way the game is designed. Its why sleep is broadly useless as well, whats the point in sleeping everything and slowly killing them all when you can just aoe kill them vastly quicker at pretty much no loss to anyone even in the biggest of pulls. Things dying quicker mitigates more damage than sleep ever would. DPS checks also need to be a thing otherwise parties could just attrition through mechanics and the responsibility of dps players drops to the floor.
