    I love this dress (I don't care about the clipping), but for some reason they are skipping it, the princess dress and the peacock glamour, they came out after this dress and we already have them. I'm looking forward to it

    My understanding is that the China and Korea exclusive stuff are made not by SquareEnix but by the companies who license the game to run in those territories. In which case, I suspect SquareEnix has to license back any of the original content which they want to use (and maybe even pay for it per unit distributed or whatever, which would explain why such things usually end up being Mog Station gear).

    Maybe for whatever reason, the Korean company in question either won't license the outfit, or is asking for some condition on its use which SquareEnix doesn't like?
