Your roe is pretty decent looking, but roes in general are just a hideous race, that's why they are barely played. One thing I find weird is how males have these comical proportions, but females seem to have more regular proportions. Like males have these stubby legs and small head. I wouldn't play female roe either though, they look too much like men, I'd just play a male character at that point.

It's because they were not even made with the intention to be popular - let's be honest, Roes (and probably Lalas) were just token races, because there always has to be a big buff and a chibi. Roes are not what people who play big races like, they're what people who don't like big races think people who like them like, but with all its shortcomings, it's better than nothing.Your roe is pretty decent looking, but roes in general are just a hideous race, that's why they are barely played. Aww thanks! I appreciate that!Your roe is pretty decent looking, but roes in general are just a hideous race, that's why they are barely played. Personally, I love Roegadyn but I do at times wish their bodies were more of a mix of current Roe and Highlander. Or maybe an in between? Something like that. In certain clothing they look more blockish shaped than the other races. If SE one day decides to implement body sliders (not that there's even a chance of that) I bet Roegadyn could be made to look pretty decent!
You're probably right. I can always appreciate someone who puts effort in their glamours, or character itself.Aww thanks! I appreciate that!Your Au Ra and Viera are always great looking! I don't know about that. I doubt they would ever implement a body slider for sure, but even if they did I think the male roes would always be as they are now just a bit less restrictive. It's just there design. I think even the race they are based off of from the previous MMO were just as exaggerated, but they had tails. A lot of people miss those tails, apparently.

As a lala I never get tells like that but I do find that since the world transfer system, all the problematic players are from other servers that come to Balmung.
Bleh, I don't want a tail. So much clipping! But you could be right on that. I think sliders could help a bit. At least a head size slider could help. LolYou're probably right. That is what they seem to be.. they are just so exaggerated.

I've gotten creepy tells long before world visit but I do think that some from other servers can be a problem. But, every server has bad eggs. I know there's been a lot of weird and lore breaking RPers appearing from other servers, but it's usually harmless and in good fun. I just avoid those if I'm in an RP mood.
I have gotten a few "would you like to suckle on my buckle" requests on balmung, some people are into potatoes. Quick to ignore them, but the creativity of some of the requests are interesting to say the least.
I can't say I care much for 'diversity' when it's applied in such a hypocritical manner. If diversity was truly such a grave concern then surely it would have been a priority not to add yet another 'pretty' female race? The game has plenty of options for that already but not nearly as many options for 'handsome' male characters. It doesn't help that an older interview has Yoshi-P stating that he thinks male viera would be 'weird' and that he'd probably add something different over them if given the opportunity. I don't have it to hand, though perhaps someone else has the link that they can share?

Interesting how things played out how he originally planned. That said, I'm happy with Hrothgar, but I wished they looked more like Ronso if that's what they were inspired by.

"A rabbit male might be kind of weird" took the words right out of my mouth.
