Considering viera and hrothgar got old sets because the devs were too rushed to make new ones, the answer is that it’s probably not going to happen. I think diversity is more important than glam options and I think we need more racially diverse gear. Plus I don’t believe there’s enough demand to warrant the effort to have devs going in and creating from scratch new underwear models since men have 3 different basic models (hyur, lala, roe) and women have 2 (hyur, lala).

Outfits that look different in each gender are also probably not going away either. I don’t see a point for practical armor to look different between the sexes and things like the dragon belly window are kinda reprehensible, but sets that are more fashionable or are cloth I have no problem being different. Men and women’s fashion has been different for thousands of years. That said, I don’t get why some glamour sets are widely different. Spring pants for example should be pants for both and I think there should have been a shorts option for both genders as well.

Outfits that look different on each gender but each gender can wear the other’s outfits is probably not something that’s going to happen for every existing gear set or be something rolled out for the future. That would be asking the devs to double their workload, just for the aesthetic. They’re coming out at a trickle based on demand for that reason.
