I don't. Macros are slow and clunky and 90% of the time you both fire off the rez at the same time regardless and there's 2 macros in chat. A macro-free Rez is instant and reliable.

Give Raise a charge. While it has the charge, it's instant. Gets a charge every 60s.

When it has 0 charge, it's a hard cast.

I like that idea. Lets us use Swiftcast for things like instant aoe heals or weave windows instead of holding it incase for Raise too.
