Again, I have to ask, why? Obviously, you wouldn't know this, but I'm actually very much open to artistic expression. I'm not open to it at the cost of social cohesion, though. A girl who thinks skimpy clothing is "pretty," is a girl who probably doesn't have a father figure in her life. Getting a little out there with the topic, but, that's why it is a controversial and complicated topic. One I should probably be refraining from discussing, but as a mom of teens, it very much concerns me. Believe it or not, I came on here to look at crafting threads.

That's fine, but I will end my comments by saying that I just think SE should consider the number of young people that play their games, and take their role as elders and mentors into consideration with the decisions they make. This is something across cultural lines that I am with Japan on, and if someone would say this to them, they'd understand in a way even many Westerners do not.

My wife likes wearing it because it is fun? Why do I like to fish? It is fun. She likes showing skin off. I'm glad she does not know about this thread. She would say people who are bother by skimpy outfits have some big insecurity issues. Most of the time she is right about that.

I can give you a reason, Maybe they simply like the form of their character and it has nothing to do with being a rebel? I love the form of Au ra's and Viera's and if I was one you best believe I'd be in a bikini. Heck sometimes I do it on miqo but sadly miqo forms aren't as shapey as an Au ra.

So far all the responses I've heard as to why wear this skimpy clothing equate to 'it's fun to show off.' What if someone does not want you showing off to them? Why aren't they allowed the right to not participate in that if it does not at all infringe upon your choice, which it does not in this case.

Whoa... my comment is out of context as I was simply replying to someone saying something on the lines of - People only do it to be X- and I was providing a reason why she could be wrong. I was in no shape saying you NEED to withness any of it. D: In other words. I wasn't debating in the actual topic. Just letting you know. I couldn't careless either way, mostly because it's never getting put in. But if it was whateves.. I mean it's not like mods aren't doing things like this already. I'm on PS4... all I care about is booping noses and my 60 FPS . That and pizza, do you like pizza?

Correct, because my preferences goes with what an mmo is, and your need to avoid what people want to look like tends to lean more toward single player rpgs.


It is that simple. This is a mmo with other players. Some things that should not be added and this is one of them.
