Spamming holy in town isn't fun for people who don't want to see or hear it nonstop tho. You having fun shouldn't be at the cost of other people. If having fun is trolling and bing a dick then yes that should be punishable. I mean do you go out and scream in random department stores to have fun? If you did you'll be asked to stop and if you didn't you'll be removed. so why should it be any different ingame? It's like people forgot how to be a decent human being nowdays. :c

It makes really annoying sound around and flashes, you could take it to extreme levels and ask someone to stop crafting, if he wont then you could report him and say it triggers you seizure and the guy did not stop when asked, he will get banned or warned i could bet 10$ on it.

You can't put crafting into the same category. Crafting serves a purpose, and doing it by the market board is the most logical place to do it. Going to town to spam abilities doesn't serve any purpose.

Does not matter, it is annoying same as someone using emotes.
The ToS is on the side of a reporter, you could make up soooo many situations in which you could get someone ban for doing something, you just need to do it smart.
Current ToS is absurd and easily abused.

No. Crafting isn't even in the same ballpark or planet as spamming holy in a city with no possible mobs ever. There's reaching and then there's - I can never go outside again cause aliens might throw a rock from mars and it has the chance of hitting me killing me instantly- reaching you just pulled. Want to know how you can escape being reported or banned? Act like how you would act in real life. I know shocker right? Be a decent human being. It's REALLY not that hard.
