They might be a creep enjoying the short skirt unglamming revealed. Some people glam to avoid this kind of attention.
Not all combat gear looks like proper combat gear. The entire range of gear in Shisui is an example of this.
Yeah and you can report that stuff often and in many cases. <nod nod> Which won't be possible with an official method to do that sort of stuff. I don't think the solution to an spreading fire is to dump more gasoline into it.
Well most people proposed that a glamour filter would put others in AF and as far as I can remember the only AF gear that could be considered racy is WHM's skirts/panties, DNC, and I guess maybe HW SMN and perhaps parts of BRD? Yes a creep might share a compromising screenshot with someone to harass them (as they can already do) you would report them. A creep that screenshots you and never tells you, well you never knew so how does it affect you?
Ooh, okies! Thank you very muchly! ^o^I suggest doing a forum search in GD using the keywords fanart or fan creation, I know we have a few floating around that people used to use although I think most people just put their stuff on reddit nowadays. And the only thing that would get you in trouble regarding fan art is if it was NSFW in some fashion but otherwise posting in General is considered fine.
And don't worry, I'll be a good and not post naughty stuff, I only reserve my mature art for my 18+ art twitter anyway~

How would you report them if the screenshot doesn't show who took it? If the screenshot only shows your character in unglammed gear you can't report it.Well most people proposed that a glamour filter would put others in AF and as far as I can remember the only AF gear that could be considered racy is WHM's skirts/panties, DNC, and I guess maybe HW SMN and perhaps parts of BRD? People can just paint over their name with ms paint to avoid accountability.
EDIT: and there is a difference between having a screenshot taken of you in gear you chose to glam into, and a screenshot of gear you chose to hide.

I am not talking about Freedom of Speech, if I was, I would have said the words "Freedom of Speech."Freedom of speech is a legal protection, not a protection of repercussion or license to do whatever you want wherever you want. If the expression you're broadcasting non-verbally is "LOL PIG GUY IN A SUBLIGAR", I would love the option to not have to experience it. Muting and blacklisting ingame is a thing already, so "free speech" isn't something they're particularly interested in protecting...
Freedom of Speech as a legal protection applies ONLY to the government censoring you. A private agency while you use their property (real or intellectual) can censor you.
I am saying it's wrong to seek to mute people's expression, it's aggressive and demeaning. Sure, you can do it, but it's a bad look.![]()
I'm assuming if someone contacts you to share a screenshot, you get a name or handle of some manner since they contacted you. If however you mean you somehow find a screenshot online that someone took of you that's showing your char disrobed or in an outfit you personally feel doesn't express you or your char's personality you would raise grievances with the appropriate staff if such exist (like on a forum or a facebook group or something similar). But even then, it doesn't affect you unless people start harassing you due to said screenshot and again if they are contacting you ingame or on another platform you have text and names to report them to relevant people that can get rid of them.
One thing I'd like to point out about public sharing on the internet that some people on here seem to be unaware of or ignoring completely: once you post something into a public space, be it Facebook, Twitter, W/E, that image is considered "public use". This means that I could take a picture you've posted of yourself and add captions to it, photoshop it, ETC. and repost it as much as I want. The only thing I can't do is claim the original image as my own.
Don't under estimate what some creeps would do. If you have no idea then consider yourself lucky to have not encountered this sort of problem.I'm assuming if someone contacts you to share a screenshot, you get a name or handle of some manner since they contacted you. Lets not give a tool that allows creeps to see skimpy outfits people chose to hide. Why is this difficult to understand?
I don't entirely disagree with either of these things though that doesn't mean I want an option to make that easier for someone to do, and I still think"deal with it" can be applied to both sides here but hey you got me past the impasse here
