And that's why we'll never agree on that aspect of this discussion. You can't be for one form of choice while denying others.

To me that line reads more like deflecting, the bikini option has been around for a while the thing that's happening now is the men in wedding dresses option which lines up with the "It's time" title of the thread.

Next the op also frames anyone that reads their post this way as a "troglodyte" while almost defensively trying to deflect further by asserting that players wearing whatever they like breaks the "theme and feel" of a final fantasy game when really, particularly with the more modern installations, FF characters wear what suits them regardless of their role in the party.

That may be true for the OP, but what gives someone the right to judge everyone else based on that?

What actually would happen is that the people complaining about stuff like men being able to wear skimpy clothes/dresses/etc will still complain, it's just in that situation they'd be complaining about how it's unfair that they "have to turn on the glamour block".
