I'm surprised Reuse got cut. Once they removed the Reclaim exploit, Reuse seemed to function perfectly fine as an occasional bonus that rewarded you for melding your gear well.

How much is the new steampunk gear gonna cost? What's that sort of thing usually cost? I am assuming it's either gonna be ilvl 460 or ilvl470.

The new crafted gear will be ilvl 480, since the new gear cap will be ilvl500. The price will depend on your server/datacenter's market but will probably range from a few million to a few hundred thousand gil a piece for the first week or two and then start to drop.

Was there any word on finally being able to dye the AF gear?

They said there would be armor sets available from the Bozja Citadel stuff, so I'd assume they're the "regular" versions of the AF gear that can be dyed if tradition holds.

I really hope so. I've been wanting to dye the GBR coat for what seems to be an eternity now. lol. I'm actually kind of excited to see what comes of the whole Bozja Citadel thing after finishing the GBR storyline. Yoshi seems to be pretty excited about it as well.

I do wonder with the change to the market board tax system ( no longer get a discount based on if you buy from the city a retainer is in):

What is the point of having retainers set to a specific city? Seems to me that it's yet another rushed band aid fix without much thought to the ramifications of other systems.

A system that has been in place at least since 2.0 when I started playing. Why have they determined that this is the right system to change at this time 5 years after the fact?

Indeed there will be no point now, just set them all in whatever city you want to since there's no longer any benefit from putting them in the different cities except for the market tax reduction discount for selling. Also indeed what was the point of change something that's been there since 2.0 what why change it now. Just like the Gil reward from doing collectibles in there since I'm assuming Heavensward so why change it now.

A lot of neat things are going to be added, but I'm mostly hung up on the new GNB/DNC weapons from Shinryu. I hope that means that they're the next crafted glamours. Probably not, seeing as GNB weapon choices have been a major letdown so far with there being so few, but one never knows. A man can dream.
