No, catering to that kind of mentality is not, and would not be, healthy for the game or its community. Especially since commonly cited grievances toward this end almost always involve stuff like "I don't want to see men wear dresses!" and all the baggage that typically entails. It's telling enough that this fake problem seems to only become this horrible, and suddenly major and urgent, issue when they remove a gender restriction. Absolute nonsense.
If you don't like how a person, separate from you, dresses, that's your own personal problem. Calling for SQEX to erase it for you is asinine.
