It's not a right to have them, but they weren't exactly a gift either. Square Enix is a company, a business, and Viera and Hrothgar are a product. An unfinished limited product.

I'm happy they exist, but I'm not happy that they're in a state where I can't even enjoy them because of how much I lose by switching to one. I'm not gonna be "grateful" for that. And I have zero obligation to be.

YoshiP made it clear what to expect with the Viera and the Hrothgar, he explained why they did what they did, the difficulty behind designing them (Mostly the Hrothgars Unique Non-human head/Face) and that additions were coming to them.
He never announced WHEN it was happening, just that it was happening.

And well, there are some that unhappy with he current state, understandable in some degree. And then there are people who ARE happy that they even have the Option to play these races despite some limitations.
I know many hate "Early-Access" models, but many others don't mind it and are willing to wait.
I love my Hrothgar ALT and am willing to wait for these new Unique Hairstyles. Im just happy that there is Finally a Playable Beast Race. Being a Cat-Person helps to. lol

I think the 'wolf face' thing was mispoken. I don't belive at all he mean to say that. because c'mon people, it's in the description that the Hrothgar are a Feline race. So it woukd make ZERO sense for them to have a Wolf face.
And, I might be mis-remembering, but I dont think he said "More Customization" he did mention that both races will get unique hairstyles designed.

I’m not surprised. At this point they practically pretend the new races don’t exist with most glamor/customization updates. They conveniently didn’t show the new races with the new Valentine outfit because the hats wouldn’t work on them and now theres more hair for the other races and no word in sight to confirm they will keep good on their promise for new hair for the new races. I was honestly shocked they decided to show a Viera in what looks to be the new crafted glam gear. I guess we do exist to them.

Keep your expectations low, that way you will never be disappointed.
