Sadu's right hand woman, Shar (if I remember her name right). She mentions being pregnant by her now-dead lover after the Naadam, and still does so if you go speak to her in Dotharl Khaa.

This is nice world building but the time bubble we're often locked in hurts this. She'll finally have that baby in two more expansions, if I'm being pessimistic, but here's to hoping she gets an update way before that. If not she'll be like Bonnie from Family Guy, spending several years being pregnant, after which you'd even have to ask her to "either have the baby or not already."
