Hah. To be fair good workplace romance does exist, and it isn't as rare as some people make it out to be. Apparently its also more accepted and frequent in Japan. The fallout of them going sour is just a lot more noticable.

The viera would have won hands down. Nobody plays roe and they're not cute/waifu enough. If they was, you would see a lot more around opposed to seeing cats,dragons and bunnies around with sprinkles of lala's and midlanders.

I seem to always default on how said character is made honestly. But I'm picky it seems. I picked Bert cause he was the more lively of the bunch. Most viera I've seen have too big of lips so that's always a turn off :c They do have legs for days tho. so there's that. I'm shocked the playerbase is this upset over this event honestly. Tho to be fair, the Quest giver kindof barks at you if you pick Bert :c so she gets no love from me. I was happy with my choice until she barked under her tongue. :c

Honestly, I was open to voting for someone other than Astrid. But after reading the ideas for all three on how to help the guy's love life, hers was the best, in my mind. Not that it was a GOOD idea, mind - romancing your customers sounds like a pretty sketchy business model. Still better than Bert's idea (which is to take up a hobby, for someone whose free time is already extremely limited) or Rodrigault's (to isolate oneself from others completely).

So, she got my vote.

I am not sure why people believe that Rodrigaults idea was to isolate him. Honestly our NPC had not even a clue at what he wants in life, he does not even know what he would like in someone else. It makes perfect sense that he would need to find out more about himself first before he can even think about dating someone else. Heck I am often told that you need to love yourself first, because if you cant even do that how would you love others? So in that way his advice would give him a better understanding on who he is, what he likes and what he wants in a relationship. After that he could have taken Berts advice and choose a hobby (which he would have found by knowing what he wants) and there he might have found a person he liked..but in the end just going out and doing something else other than work will probably give him a better chance.

Astrid advice means that he should hit on someone that he works with..which can end really bad..heck she even did not know that her choice was already taken thus making this bad for both sides..

Personally Glad i voted for her. Rod came off as a bit of a snob, talks down at you after you picked someone who wasn't him. and Bert was a derp.

I don't think people would be upset if Astrid won some servers and other candidates won on other servers. People are annoyed that Astrid won EVERY server. I'd have gladly jumped servers to complete the event to see the ending with the person I voted for and see how that turned out, but that option has been removed, now the only option I had was to watch Ywain end up with an abusive girlfriend.
