It's actually a pretty fast dungeon nowadays. Not the nightmare it used to be... but the memes continueSo, currently leveling AST, hitting leveling roulette. It's my favourite (not sarcasm) dungeon i.e. Aurum Vale.
Tank announces that it's his favourite dungeon as well. And we get 2 dps sprouts.
First room goes smooth with careful pulls and no deaths. After explaining fruit mechanics first boss go smooth too, as well as the rest of the dungeon. Aside from NIN eating Swing from the second boss, but eh.
See, Aurum Vale can be fun.

The first room is what usually gets people. After that, it's not really any worse than any other dungeon.
I just don't like it because the place is ugly. And guilt by association with morbols.
Being a leafy myself I find it amusing that other leafs will stop everything they are doing if I playdead randomly. It's insanely adorable how they will all stop and inspect me. Playdead is funny. It's happened in all the towns so far too. I don't know why it freaks them out but it does xD.

Don't do that only use Rescue for incoming AoE damage not heals sure way to get reported for harassment even if it really isn't. I got a "Warning" for doing the exact same thing.I save rescue specifically to pull them back into it. If they're gonna make a huge trash pull and then run out of Asylum/Sacred Soil when i toss it down, and plant themselves outside on the edge of it... I'm gonna pick them up, and throw them back in there myself. Then i demand they don't waste one of my most effective mass pull cooldowns.
Side note: I do the same to ranged dps standing by themselves in the corner way out of range of my aoes.

Honestly, my issues with AV are (and I’m sure others will recognize one or more of these):
- The tank who thinks they’re outgeared (true) so can pull the whole first room (untrue).
- The folks who think that the healer will just heal them through the debuff and so never eat fruit (even with 3+ stacks) because it’d decrease their uptime.
- The DPS who think the tank is pulling too slow, so go pick up everything else in the first room and try to bring it back to the tank.
It’s usually someone in Scaevan or better gear who thinks they can just steamroller the dungeon who ends up making it a headache; sprouts tend to be more cautious in there, but sometimes higher level folks play as though everyone has the same set of tools as in Expert roulette. Luckily, it’s far from every time that you get AV in roulette, but some days it’s just like “...oh, we’re going to have one of these runs, okay.”

I remember some healer rescued me to safety when playing RDM and had no idea of what's happening. I comm'd that healer.
So, how's everyone's day going?
I was on my alt where I am maining WHM. This is my first time doing healing as a main. It is my first run of Cutter's cry. I mention it is my first time could we please avoid pulling the entire room.
I'm immediately vote kicked.
Take #2...offer the same disclaimer. Tank says keep up or shut up and pulls the entire room. I make it through the entire dungeon, but boy I was stressed to the max the entire time and we did wipe the final boss twice because people refused to dodge the blue and violet yet I was still expected to Esuna, heal and everything else.
Good times

If I ever get a tank like that, I'll gladly take the 30 minute penalty.I was on my alt where I am maining WHM. This is my first time doing healing as a main. It is my first run of Cutter's cry. I mention it is my first time could we please avoid pulling the entire room.
