The shb changes at least lays the ground work for 6.0, as boring as they feel the healers, they and even tanks are actually pretty darn balanced. So yeah they could easily expand on healer dps since heals are pretty fairly covered, sch and ast could use a bene or % based heal cause living and super still suck to heal thru with them but that about it heal wise.
