I do, This is so beaten to death in every form so i will make it brief and not waste my time. Simply put; PVE is against AI, PVP is against Players in a competitive environment, you dont get a trophy then others get the same trophy you earned in a Ranked season by doing trivial tasks or grind It doesn't make sense at all and if you can't understand that then it's a waste of time and you dont play or understand ranked pvp in any game.
What players can ask however is for more rewards outside of the season or more different items for collars for playing ranked feast, It amazes me how many people dont understand the difference.

Literally you could make that same argument about doing a savage or ultimate fight while it's relevant, but I'll also make it brief and not waste my time and say that you simply don't get it.I do, This is so beaten to death in every form so i will make it brief and not waste my time. Again, Its PVE NOT PVP, you dont even have the foresight to see what would happen to the core ranked mode if you did what you said, imagine thinking doing the casual side of the mode(s) equates to competing in a ranked season smh, you cant be helped. keep wishing upon a star dude. Play some pvp games while you're at it cos u clearly dont have a scooby pve boyo.

Again, Its <current raids> not <old raids>, you dont even have the foresight to see what would happen to the core <relevant raid tier> if you did what you said, imagine thinking doing the <unsynced, outgeared tier> of the <content>(s) equates to competing in <savage prog> smh, you cant be helped. keep wishing upon a star dude. Play some <completely irrelevant rhythm games> while you're at it cos u clearly dont have a scooby <pvp main>.
We can sit here and play mad libs all day with each other but it doesn't change the fact that it's a dumb argument! No one is asking for the FRC titles or the #1 trophies or whatever else. Heck, you can keep your <eversharp> or whatever the other titles. Display 'em with pride if you want! But you know what the cool thing about the other stuff is, the <eversharp> or the <wings of fire> or the <alpha wolf> or whatever is? The fact that they're still in game with an achievable pathway to obtaining them. As is, uh, every single non-legacy PvE reward that's ever been implemented?
But as it is, anyone who actually wants to get into ranked PvP comes on here, they see the words you have written, and they say 'oh so if you didn't play the game two years ago and do pvp AND be one of the top 100 characters on your data center then then you just don't get to have this cool thing? Ever?' and this does nothing to get them into the content so they don't. But if there were actual, achieveable rewards that didn't feel like an insurmountable wall with a game mode that barely bothers to explain how to play it, let alone how to excel? Maybe you folks would see more people branching out and trying to get involved.
That's why I specifically make the suggestion that I do. If a feast season ended more than one year ago, put its reward up for 10 wolf collars. That's wolf COLLARS, not wolf MARKS. That way people still have to do the ranked modes. That way the lower tiers are still populated midway through the season. That way you get your fresh blood into the ranked mode and MAYBE, just maybe, some people decide it's actually fun and want to try for top 100 next season.
It's not all people scrambling over each other for welfare handouts, it's a mode with an anemic reward system and both a game presence and a community that does little to nothing to draw people in. Maybe stop seeing everyone not at the top level as a leech and you'll get there.
Feels like the OP complaining about multiple rank places filled by the same person.
If the "top 100" is intended as rewarding the players, I'd be fine if, of all my playing PvP characters, I get only the higher ranked on the list.
But, it will be 1,000 times better have the "top 100" rankings divided by the performed role and personal rankings separated by the role performed. After all if I'mawesomedecent at ranged but my healing is terrible and if you see me top ranked as healer you will feel something is amiss.
I don't compete for top 100 ranked rewards currently but I deserve to have them anyway because they're exclusive.
I want to see the "true competition" that including Japanese players for the Feast and only Top 100 is rewarded with unique mounts for following reasons:
1. True competition; player pool is increased and top 100 will be the best of bests
2. English Meta vs Japanese Meta, which is superior?
3. Reduce the chance of "arranged" matches (Not saying it is 100% but it does happen)
Look, have you ever thought that not every item or reward in the game has to be given out to everyone? have you considered that there would be rewards designed for only a certain amount of players who worked hard to compete and learn the meta at the time, jobs and gameplay? no? of course you haven't because you just see that the rewards are exclusive and you suddenly want them, I bet you've never got past gold in feast and actually tried to get top 100 rewards, with your suggestions and the fact you still blab on about pve = pvp in how rewards are giving out shows so much ignorance.
Did you know that every 2 seasons its the same reward extended over months and months, you have around 4+ months or so to grab one of the original or reskin reward, bet you didnt know that! you have no thought for those who play the mode frequently season after season at top 100 at all and you dont care because you just want the reward and then be done, like the majority of those who ask and cry for the rewards but wont put anywhere near the effort of those who actually play the season and learn. Imagine placing bronze or silver over multiple seasons thinking thats the same amount of work lmao
I have rewards from S5 onwards, would i like the old coats and hellhound mounts? sure but i know I didnt play much back then and didnt compete, I could have made more effort to play but i didnt and you know what I did? I accepted it, accepted that everything doesnt have to be mine because its exclusive and valuable, I dont do ultimates; I accept the rewards arent for me. Can you imagine that? I respect those who put the time in back then and got it but its one reward out of many. Fresh blood comes from seeing the reward and if theyre interested they will go for it and put effort like ive seen countless times, and then they usually stick with it after, We need OTHER rewards for those who participate on the lower end but you need to understand that every season has meta changes, sometimes different maps and other adjustments. This isnt PVE like old content gets irrelevant it simply doesn't work like that which you need to get into your head, its not hard and its simple to understand, seriously, No pvp game that has seasonal ranked rewards gives out the previous rewards again because thats retarded.
I await another lame copy and pasta, but before you do actually read this this time: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...-Feast-Rewards now Let this meme thread die hhh![]()
