Gathering Abilities

Abilities should also be allowed to over lap and not make the other fade.

I'm all for manually choosing what abilities proc but I think this would be a little broken (though the abilites aren't THAT great to begin with). If they don't stack on DoH they shouldn't stack on DoL.
