I'm merely expressing my only emotion felt while reading that letter. Disappointment.

Yeah they are human, blah blah blah, they also get paid to do a job, by us (now). I did quite enjoy reading about the festivities and traditions for japanese new year, however, would it have been so hard, considering it is the final week of january, to have 1 sentence relating to 1.21, specifically more than 'we're working on it'?

I work as a game developer for iOS and Android, I'm aware that schedules slide, it's called creeping scope and games are particularly susceptible too it, but if I told my clients 'I'm working on it' when they asked for an estimated date of delivery i'd be out on my ass faster than I am when I accidentally untoggle walk/run in turning leaf.

Even an estimated date for the next Letter from the producers would have been nice.

Didn't people complain when he pushed the patch back from end of November to early december? Since people complained he already stated he won't say anything unless he's 100% certain basically.
