Can We please have Hilda/Yugiri & Yotsuyu's Hairstyles?

This is not a "problem" that they "need to fix", this a design decision.
They have made it clear that they intend to make more Viera hair and more manes AND faces for Hrothgar. It's gonna take time and we don't know how many they will give or when they will. Given how rare new hair styles come it's not really a wonder that we still haven't seen them yet.

Also, we knew their limits before the game put them in. They released a benchmark ... people sat on their high hare horse thinking that Viera were gonna get all the shared hair in the real game even when the last new race didn't hide hair in the benchmark. We knew about the head gear for a long time to. Most all the talk about hair and manes and head gear happened before release. So you didn't have "no way of knowing" as a Viera.

I don't see how people expecting the new race they were gonna buy a fantasia for to have access to the same hairstyles all of the other previous races have shared puts anyone on a high horse as it is an understanding based in precedents. I didn't play when any previous expansion launched, this expansion is the first one I played right away, so I have no experience with previous benchmarks. I still maintain that it is a problem that they should fix, whether it was intentional by design or not it is still ultimately a poor design decision.

I am glad they are not planning to add any more races to the game if this is such a problem for them now, even though that sucks for people who really want male Viera and female Hrothgar who I think would be cool but if we're going by how the roll out of these new races has gone, those would probably only have 2 faces and 3 hairstyles and that is not a particularly positive level of expectation they should want their players to have based on what they've done before.
