Honestly, it's why I kinda lean into it in game. I dress my cute edoll in outfits I would never wear, from the hip to the badass to the outright sl*tty. I've gotten negative comments about it once or twice but I tend to just blacklist; I'm quite proud of my glam plates and damn anyone who thinks they can dictate what I wear.
That being said, I'm not most people. I know people who are self-conscious about their looks in game, and any sort of obnoxious negative opinion, or worse, stalkers, will ruin their self-esteem. That's just how it is. Just telling them to block and move on is good, but it can't be overstated that they also should be encouraged so they don't feel ostracized. Not necessarily babying them, but helping them get a better self-image to help combat the victim blamers like that one guy a few pages back. Obviously, OP is a troll, and most of us have thick skins, but some don't, and it's good to have empathy for them.
